bye bye dada & big boo boo

we woke up early this morning to take Jason to Love Field. he is flying to Illinois to help his dad pack up and move to Texas. Jason and i haven't been apart since we were married so i am a little freaked out about him going. i know i will be busy with the boys, and i will keep them on their schedule just so things are somewhat normal around here.

once we got home from the airport Jayden was ready for his morning nap and Peyton was ready for breakfast. so we got into our schedule and went with it. we played outside a lot today. (we play outside a lot period. i know i say that a lot). the boys LOVE to be outside! they don't care if it is cold, rainy, sunny, or whatever, they want to be OUTSIDE.

they got a cars pop up house from their aunt Tracy and uncle Scott for Christmas.the boys love playing in it. it has a car wash and a little doggy door on it. it is really cute. they even drive their bikes and four wheelers through it. i put a table and chair in it today for Jayden to eat his lunch.Jayden thought it was great. he loves climbing in chairs. he was so proud of himself, sitting in his chair, eating his lunch, and having the best time.everything was going great. he ate all of his lunch and brought me his plate.he went to climb into the chair again and somehow fell off and hit the concrete with his head. ugh! all i was thinking was we were going to have to go to the emergency room. his head was bleeding and he was crying. i felt horrible. i tried to stay calm, which now that i think about it, i did a really good job of NOT freaking out. i took him inside and did the best that i could to figure out how bad his head really was. it turns out he was fine although his head looks terrible!i think he was more upset with me taking him inside than he was with his head bleeding all over the place. once we got back outside he stopped crying and just wanted to play some more. i cleaned him up as best as i could. i even put bactine on his head to kill the germs. poor little baby. i feel so bad that he fell, but he doesn't seem fazed by it at all. Jason had been gone about two hours and we already have story to tell, plus a big boo boo to show for it.
we are ready for Daddy to get home and it's only been a few hours! hopefully that is the most exciting thing that will happen while he is gone.
