Christmas party!

today was Peyton's pre-school Christmas party. he was so excited this morning, asking every 5 minutes 'we go now Mommy?'
i love this sweater on him. and it looks like he might need a haircut.while Peyton was at school Jayden and i did a little bit of Christmas shopping then donated some clothes to Grace. i went through the boys baby clothes a few weeks ago and put them in the back of my car. i have been meaning to donate them for awhile. Grace is right beside Peyton's school so i finally got it done. we were a little early to get Peyton so Jayden and i just played in the car until Peyton came out. his teacher walks the kids out from their classroom and helps them in the car. i love how organized the school is about drop off and pick up. especially days when it is cold and rainy. btw i am soo tired of the weather. i am ready for it to be warm again.

when Peyton got into the car he had so much stuff with him. he said he had a great time at the party and couldn't wait to show me everything he made.
Peyton's teacher took a picture of him at school and had him decorate it and made it an ornament. it is SO cute! it has a poem on the back of it as well. he also made a candy cane with beads.the angel turned out great! i am so glad they did this as the craft at the party. it is still drying, so we will put it on the tree when Peyton gets up from his nap. Peyton also came home with reindeer food and a few pictures he had colored as well as a gingerbread man he decorated. everything is really cute. i wish i could have been at the party. but i had a good time with Jayden, and i really needed to get some of our shopping done.

school is out until next year. i can't believe Christmas is in one week. i am almost done with my shopping. yay!
