Jayden was a little scared last night sleeping in the pack & play. i felt so bad for him, but once he was settled with his blankets and ducky he slept REALLY well. i was so glad! it also helped that i asked for two box fans for the boys when we checked in yesterday. they sleep with 'white noise' at home so box fans are great when we are on vacation. Peyton slept in a queen size bed with chairs around it so he wouldnt fall out. he passed out last night. we had such a busy day yesterday! today is our first pool day so i am sure they with both be worn out tonight as well. we packed a lunch then set out to river island again. Jason took Peyton to the water slides for a little while and met us back at river island later. Peyton had a great time! Jayden enjoyed his lunch by the pool.
it was great seeing everyone today. Paulette and her family were there, Brook & her kids, and Meg and her family showed up as well. i can't believe how much all the kids have grown!
even on vacation Jayden passed out right at his regular naptime. the noise of the kids in the pool and all the vacationers didnt wake him. he was so comfy in his stroller and with mac & cheese on his face.
(once again) i didnt take a lot of pictures today. i honestly was having so much fun visiting with everyone that i didnt even think about it. later in the evening we had a mini family reunion at Water's Edge (another great pool at OLCC). the kids had a blast! three of my beautiful nieces, Liddy, Mady, and Alexi. they are all so pretty and sweet together! i wish i could see them more.
it was so great seeing Aunt Marylee and Uncle Tom!
there were games & dancing.... SO much for everyone to do at the party! Caitlin (my cousin Paulette's daughter) and Jayden had fun watching the hula hoop contest.

my boys were a little obsessed with the tall balloon lady. she was so sweet to them. they came home with at least 5 balloons each from her.

finally back at our condo, the boys relaxed for a few minutes then passed out again! such a great first day!
