for the past week or so i have been trying to clean out closets and the playroom for donations. the boys have outgrown lots of clothes (some i will be keeping.... i just dont have the heart to let go of them), but the others were put in a big bag, as well as some toys the boys just dont play with anymore. as i was loading up my car this morning i peeked inside the bag and saw the soft blocks someone had given Peyton when he was born. i TRIED to ignore the voice in my head telling me to 'save them' from the donation bag, but it didnt work. as i put everything in my car.... the blocks somehow got into my hand and back into our house. Jayden must have been watching me from the window because as soon as i walked in with the blocks i was greeted with a jumping little boy saying WOO HOO! but sounds more like 'hoohoo!' (i love his little 2 year old voice right now). so i gave him the blocks and he played with them up until it was time to get Peyton from pre-school.

my donation fail turned into a whole bunch of happiness for Jayden.

he played with them on the table....

and then on the floor.

building....

and building again,

and knocking them down.

I love his shoes! I have been trying to find some warm and comfy shoes for Connor to wear around the house, but his fat little feet don't fit in many. These look sooo comfy!
