ENT

today was Jayden's dr appointment with the ear, nose, and throat dr. i was a little nervous but ready to find out if Jayden would need tubes in his ears. the appointment went VERY well. the dr was great and Jayden loved her, she even let him play with her chair, which was electric and amazing to Jayden. I took my camera today, but the battery needed to be charged.... so i have ZERO pictures. GRRRR! but believe me, Jayden was total cuteness working that chair! after the doctor checked his ears and asked me a few questions we went down the hall to have a hearing test.... which i knew Jayden didn't need AT ALL, but we went with it anyway. Jayden and I sat in a tiny room, him on my lap. there were two speakers on each side of us with tigger on one, and pooh bear on the other. the speaker would make a noise and one of the characters would spin around. well, as soon as the speaker made a static noise, Jayden would turn his head. he passed with flying colors. so they sent us on our way with a pat on the back and no prescriptions OR TUBES! good job Jayden! PS.... if anyone is at Baylor Grapevine and sees this Buzz Pez dispenser laying around, would you please let him know that a certain 2 yr old has been looking for him. UGH! i am pretty sure i left it in the waiting area of the ENT office. or better yet, Brook if you re reading this where did you buy this thing? why do i feel so guilty about losing a little toy?
