busy

we painted Peyton's new big boy room this week, and i am now in the process of decorating it. i have been shopping on ebay for a surfboard, and found one, but was not quick enough to 'win' it. no big deal, i will just continue to look. i love decorating and finding new things and ideas for our house.

i try to keep myself away from etsy.com (because it is highly addictive), but today i decided to give in and found some really cute things for Peyton's room. i came across this banner at gingerwinks design for children. it is so cute and will be perfect in his room. (of course it will say Peyton).

i also came across this print at kids colorful artwork. i haven't bought it yet. i'm still thinking, but the more i look at it the more i love it. (btw if you have never shopped on etsy before, do it. you will like it. i promise).i also love, LOVE this one. not sure where i would put it, maybe in Jayden's room or the playroom. it's so cute!

we bought and painted chair rail for Jayden's room today. we will be installing it tomorrow. i am so excited about seeing his room finished. (we painted his room this week as well). the paint turned out perfect. (apple green and brown). we also painted the master bedroom. we have been busy, and it has paid off. everything looks really good.
